Information you submit

We collect contact details, service locations, vehicle details, uploaded vehicle photos, fleet rosters, and the service or billing information you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, coordinate service, organize fleet accounts, and administer the business relationship. Do not submit payment-card information, government identification, gate codes, or passwords through these forms.

Service-related texts

I agree to receive service-related texts from Jeffs Mobile Auto Repair at the number provided, including appointment and dispatch updates. Consent is optional and is not a condition of service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We record the phone number, consent wording/version, and time of consent. Selecting phone or email contact lets you request service without opting into texts. We do not use this form to sign you up for promotional campaigns. Opt-out records are kept to prevent further unwanted texts.

Technician trip sharing

A technician explicitly starts sharing for an assigned trip. A private, expiring link can show their first name, latest reported position, status, and estimated arrival. Anyone with that link can view it while active; please do not forward it. The app stores only the latest reported location, not a full route history. The active location is cleared when the trip ends or expires. Tracking links and trip records may remain in internal dispatch records, but cannot reveal an ended trip’s location.

Storage and access

Request information is stored in a restricted business database and made available to authorized staff. Photographs are stored privately rather than published. Staff access uses individual accounts. Business records are retained until removed under the business’s retention practices; backup copies may remain until their retention period ends. Staff security audit records are purged after 180 days.

Address suggestions

When Google address suggestions are enabled, typing into an address field sends that search text to Google Maps to suggest street addresses. You can choose Enter manually instead. Suggestions are not proof of the correct vehicle location or service availability; review your address before sending. We keep the address you submit for your service request or fleet-account transaction, not the suggestion list or Google place profiles. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to its processing. Appointment offers and payments

For personal-vehicle service, staff may send a private link to reviewed arrival windows and a written service estimate. Traffic-aware route estimates use the vehicle location you submit. Stripe processes checkout and card information; we retain the quoted amounts, payment references, authorization record, and payment status, not your card number. Payment does not by itself confirm an appointment. Additional repairs need separate approval. Keep your private appointment link confidential.

Service providers

When enabled, RingCentral processes service text messages, Resend processes notification emails, and configured mapping/routing providers process map requests and location information needed for arrival estimates. Provider integrations are disabled or unconfigured in the initial test build. Website hosting and backups are operated through the business’s selected providers. We do not sell your intake information or use the tracking page for advertising.

Cookies and technical information

This site uses essential cookies to protect forms and staff sign-ins. It does not include advertising trackers. Temporary rate-limit records help protect forms and sign-ins. Server and reverse-proxy logs should be configured to avoid storing tracking tokens or request bodies.
