What information should I have ready?

Have your company contact, service location, and at least one vehicle’s license plate number and registration state ready. Truck or unit numbers, VINs, and mileage are optional. Add vehicles individually or upload a CSV fleet list with plate and state columns.

Billing contacts, repair approvers, and purchase-order requirements can be provided now or confirmed together later.

Account requests are reviewed. They do not authorize repairs or automatically approve credit terms.
